CMHA cannot run without volunteers and all parents are expected to participate in some way. If you have any preferences, it is better for you to choose where you can contribute than to be assigned a position.
In particular we are currently in desperate need of:
WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLICATIONS MANAGER – this is a role for someone who can help up catch up with Twitter, Facebook and other communication tools as well as manage public relations with press releases etc to local community newspapers and hockey publications. This is not an Executive Board position.
GRANT WRITER – this role would be involved in seeking out and applying for various community grants.

Other general needs include:
COACHES, COACHES, COACHES
– please note that if you are a parent coach applying for an ’A" level position you must attend all the evaluations for the division however you will not be evaluating the players. Once it is determined where your child will play, then your application will be reviewed for placement.
Hockey 1 – Midget “C” Coaches needed – Coach Coordinator requires “C” level coaches and Assistants – please email them directly if you are interested. On the job training and support provided!

Parent Auxiliary requires Division Parents – one parent from each Division to be the core committee working on CMHA Events including:
Tournament Director requires a Tournament Coordinators from each Division – email email@example.com
Director of Development requires on ice assistance for a variety of camps and evaluations – email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Evaluations – we will require help with residency & equipment checks as well as pinnie distribution and collection. Please email your Coordinator if you can help.
