Open Call for Member Input on Rep Evaluation Process
The CMHA will be holding an open forum to review the existing Rep Team Evaluation process.
Date: Monday, December 16.13
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Location: MPR #2 – Poirier Sports Centre – the room above the curling rink (subject to change depending on demand)

Format: Brief presentation by the Executive on the current procedure 5 – 10 minutes
Members to present ideas / propose changes. These comments will be open for discussion by the group. Minutes will be taken.
This meeting will be: an opportunity for all CMHA members to provide their ideas on how we can improve the process that is currently in place.
This meeting will not be: an opportunity to discuss the placement of any child last season or any other issue other than the issue of improving the evaluation process for next season.
Next Steps: Minutes will be passed to a smaller working group chaired by our 1VP and will include Mark Goble, Development Coordinator. The group will consist of members at large who were part of the forum but will be limited to a maximum of 10. The mandate will be to review the proposals from the open forum and present recommended changes with a view to adoption prior to the 2014-2015 season.
