Registration Payment Late Fees

Reminder that if you have not yet paid your registration fees, you may be subject to late fees. If you need assistance with your fees, please see the “Payment Plans & Financial Assistance” tab under Registration.

Due to the high costs of credit card processing, payment by cheque or bank draft is preferred however we have setup Paypal as an option for our members who require it.

Bank Deposit Dates
Registration payments are posted and deposited at each mid month and month end. Please wait until the next posting date before emailing or phoning to ask if your cheque was received. In order to make the posting date, the cheque must be have been received 5 days prior to the deposit date or else it will be in the next run. Please ensure you have the funds available as there will be an NSF charge of $35.00 on all returned cheques and repayment MUST be made by Bank Draft.

Note that your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

Late Fees
Returning Player Registrations made after in person registration day will be subject to a $50.00 late fee.

Payments not received by June 30 will be subject to a $50.00 fee and all payments will be marked as to date of receipt.

Payments still outstanding at July 31st will be assessed an additional $50.00 fee and all payments still outstanding at 1st ice time will be assessed an additional $50.00 fee. Any payments not made in full by 1st ice time may void your registration.

If you require financial assistance please see the “Financial Assistance” page or contact the Registrar at for options. CMHA holds the policy that no child should be left out for financial reasons.
