We are a group of parents, former coaches and now adult players from the CMHA who have been playing Thursday Nights at the Coquitlam Recreation Center for about 15 years now.

We play Thursday Nights from 10:15 to 11:20. Skaters pay $20.00 per session with every 5th session free. Goalies play for free always.

Up to this year we have always had enough goal tenders to carry us from week to week, but this year, it is not the case. We had two “regulars” but both have found full time league teams and cannot commit to us except on a part time basis.

Players must be at least 16 years of age to play. Skaters should carry a white and black (dark) jersey to each outing as teams are selected based on attendance. Full face protection is advisable.

Player skills range from novice to expert. No scores are kept and no body contact allowed. Slap shots are only allowed under controlled circumstances. I no longer play hockey but continue to attend, dropping pucks and calling off sides as play dictates.

This is a very good group of men who love to play the game.

We need at least one goal tender who can step in for the balance of the year, however new skaters are always welcome – especially those with CMHA connections, past or present

Again, thanks for your interest.
