RESPECT IN SPORT (Speak Out)

Posted by CMHA Administrator on Oct 30 2012 at 11:49PM PDT

There are many team officials and parents who have not yet completed the required Respect in Sport program. If this is not completed promptly your Team risks disqualification.

If you are a Team Official please ensure you complete this program within the next 48 hours. It takes only a couple of hours and is not difficult. You will be reimbursed – see instructions on how to sign up and obtain reimbursement under Coaches/Managers

If you are new to CMHA then one parent at minimum is required to take the Respect in Sport for Parents. All CMHA parents are encouraged to take this short course, it takes approximately an hour, does not have to be completed all at once and costs only $12.00. This fee is not reimbursed by CMHA.

Our Team Managers Guide book says December 1… here is a copy:

Respect in Sport (RiS)
Every Team Manager must complete a RiS program before December 1st. RiS is an on-line training course for coaches and sport leaders.

Clearly, 48 hours, with Halloween tonight and a Managers Meeting Nov 01, this new deadline may be difficult for some.

I had taken the parent RIS program, I am now the HCSP and when I login to my account I am only able to retake the parents version. It lists me as a parent. How can i change my status to a team official so i can take the course?
