REIMBURSEMENTS - COACH AND RIS/HCSP

REIMBURSEMENTS:

  • HCSP, Respect in Sport REIMBURSEMENT*

All clinics for Team Officials will be reimbursed by completing a Cheque Requisition (available under Downloads) and sending in to their Division Coordinator along with applicable receipts. RiS and HCSP will be reimbursed upon completion of the course and Coach clinics will be reimbursed upon confirmation from BC Hockey that their post task assignment has been received. You can either get your form signed off by the Coach Coordinator or the President and send it off to BC Hockey on your own or have our Administrator do it for you. In either case, it is recommended that you take a copy for yourself and be sure to date it when you sent it off to BC Hockey and/or gave it to the Administrator.

Once the Coach Post Task Assignment is completed, please take a copy for your records and then put your original in an envelope labelled “Post Task”, and your name, your email and your phone #. Include your cheque requisition and receipt copy in the envelope. Our Administrator will send them off to BC Hockey who, upon receipt of it will email you and her. All Coach clinic reimbursements will be processed on March 31.11
DEADLINE – BC HOCKEY MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF POST TASK BY MARCH 31.12 – This means you must have it to the Administrator by Friday, March 30, 2012 – NO EXCEPTIONS
